Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters the deep states of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world. Yoga Nidra is different from meditation by several factors. One being that it is practiced while laying comfortably and the experience is guided by a trained professional. This form of restful awareness rejuvenates the body, reduces stress, improves concentration, improves memory, and activates the parasympathetic system. One hour of yoga nidra session can equal to four hours of deep sleep!
Chakra Yoga
Yoga with the intention to maximize the energy flow through the body and releasing stagnant energy. This gentle vinyasa will amplify the connection with the elements along with your chakras (energy centers).
