Hi, I’m Muun!

I'm a traveling energy guide and yoga teacher based out of Texas & Thailand. My journey with energy work started in my 20s when I went in for my first energy healing session in Tulum. The experience opened my Ajna (third eye) to my true calling as an energy guide and nothing was ever the same again. Through the healing session, I was reassured that this has been my line of work for many lifetimes and the connection I felt between the body, mind, and soul when I gained the knowledge was unquestionable. This was it. 

My purpose on earth is to guide others in understanding their energy while identifying and expanding their divine potential and intuition. My desire to pursue the art of energy healing stems from the difficult situations I witnessed while growing up in Thailand, as well as my never ending curiosity for the world that exists within and outside of the body. With the wisdom gained from my own traumas and eye-opening experiences, I decided to continue my life journey in guiding others in understanding their energy and expanding their light from within.  

I have a certification as a reiki master, which enables me to teach and certify other beings in the art of energy healing. I’ve been in practice since 2019 and host 1:1 sessions in my healing studio in Texas. On the first day of 2022, I received my certification as a 200hr yoga teacher. In 2023, I received my certification in 300hr yoga teacher training with a focus in woman studies and empowerment. Both certifications were done through Yoga Alliance certified schools in Thailand. 

In the field of energy healing, I specialize in: identifying someone’s best asset and potential, understanding ancestral trauma, embracing shadow work, strengthening energetic boundaries, and most importantly - how to heal through self-love and radical self-acceptance.

In the realm of yoga, I specialize in gentle vinyasas with a focus on chakra yoga and divine feminine yoga. Disclaimer: these are not my new invention of yoga styles, these are the two impactful areas of energy, mind, and body connection that I find my energy to be most drawn to and inspired to share with others.

Since I have knowledge and years of experience with energy healing, I decided to infuse it with my knowledge of yoga to create a gentle flow to release stagnant energy from chakras (energy centers), improve the flow of prana (energy) through the body, and embrace the self. Yoga practice is meant to encourage the unity between the mind, body, and breath. By adding extra awareness of the energy centers through asanas, this practice can help us have a better understanding of the depth of our human experience.

Divine feminine yoga was introduced to me through the 300hr woman’s only teacher training and has since been one of the most empowering practices energetically and physically for myself. I saw how much of an impact this style of yoga was for the women around me as well and knew that I wanted to offer this to others. Divine feminine yoga is about releasing shame and strengthening the connect to our divine energy. The gentle yoga flow honors the feminine energy through the wholesome practice of  prayanamas (breathing techniques), chanting/voice work, and movements that will expand creative energy, embrace sensuality and authenticity, connect the body to the elements within.

When I am not teaching vinyasa yoga or conducting energy healing sessions, I tune into the practice of Yoga nidra and also offer this service to clients. Yoga nidra came into my life in the beginning of 2023 and has rapidly gained my focus and attention in how incredibly healing and nourishing it is to the mind, emotional body, and physical body. The experiences I’ve had with yoga nidra were so profound that I am ecstatic to share it with the beings who are seeking a deep level of restful awareness.
