Workshops With Cosmic Ajna

Chakra workshops are designed with the intention of sharing knowledge of the 7 energy centers and how to manage and heal each of them. The participants will be given a thorough and in-depth knowledge of the qualities of each chakra and how to detect if they are out of balance. The purpose of the knowledge is for the participants to learn how nurture and strengthen their connection of the mind and body to the energy within. Workshop also includes a chakra opening gentle vinyasa.

Divine feminine workshops are crafted to expand knowledge of the feminine energy and how incredibly powerful this energy is. The participants will learn about the goddesses and how to grow the qualities of each of the goddesses within through radical self-acceptance. This workshop's vision is to empower others to embrace their sensuality, creativity, and authenticity. without shame. When we can nourish our expression of authenticity to the highest level, it will lead to us living as our highest-self. Workshop also includes a divine feminine gentle vinyasa.
