Chakra yoga is a gentle vinyasa with the intention to maximize the energy flow through the body and release stagnant energy. The different variations of yoga flows will amplify the connection with the elements that is represented by each chakra. The ever-changing gentle yoga sequences will also help strengthen the connection of the mind and body to the energy centers resulting in a deep intentional practice.

Yoga practice is meant to encourage the unity between the mind, body, and breath. By adding extra awareness of the energy centers through asanas, this practice can help us have a better understanding of the depth of our human experience."

There are many ways a chakra focused yoga flow can benefit you. One of the most beneficial aspects of this practice is the release of stagnant energy within the energy centers. By moving the body with intention and attention to the qualities of the chakras, this allows the energy to also find movement and thus be released. Chakra yoga is not just about releasing stagnant energy, it is also about expanding the qualities of each of the chakras and the elements that it's connected to.
